            The Berkel Slicer is intended to cut meats and cheeses. It slices, collects, counts, stacks, and conveys.  It has a built-in controller that permits instant change in number of slices per group while the machine is in operation. A white Neoprene conveyor allows sanitation to be maintained at all times. The conveyor releases for easy cleaning.
