            This evaporator is designed to evaporate batches of about 2 to 3 gallons of raw product and to finish down to as little as 2 quarts of finished product. The rate of water evaporation ranges from about 20 to 5 pounds per hour. (5 lbs/hr in the case of high-density products.) The evaporator has readily cleanable vertical tubes. All of the contact surfaces are type 302 stainless steel.

Operation Temperature: 52-72˚F
