            This shelf vacuum dryer has a steam jet vacuum pump that removes 35-gpm of condensate. It evacuates 32 ft³ from the atmospheric pressure to 2 mmHg_abs in 10 minutes. At 1.5 mmHg_abs the ejector handles 12 lbs of water vapor per hour. Note that the steam requires 336 lb/hr at 90 psig.
