            This peeler uses high temperature and pressure to fracture the skin structure, leaving it in a state where its removal presents no problem. Because the heating and pressurizing time is minimal, the natural color, flavor and texture of the produce are maintained. The peeler consists of three main elements. A conveyor metering screw, the peeling machine, and the discharge screw conveyor.
