Raymond Hammer Mill

The Raymond Hammer Mill is specially designed for experimental work. Batches should range in size from a few ounces to 10 lbs. The mill is suitable for practically any dry materials, such as chemicals, foods, colors, and soft non-metallics. Note that the machine is intended for intermittent grinding only because the small motor is not designed for long-continued operation.

            The material is reduced by impact of the swing hammers, and classified through the screen in the base, released through a cloth tube to the container. The machine is easily taken apart for cleaning or changing screens.
