The Urshel Model RA is a centrifugal type dicer. It cuts a variety of products including firm, brittle, fibrous, and soft products. The dicer is made of all stainless steel. The product to be diced is fed into a high-speed centrifugal slicer. The slice thickness can easily be adjusted by turning an adjustment screw. The slices are then ejected onto the outer surface of a revolving corrugated drum where they ride under a notched feed roll. Here the product is cut into strips. Next the strips are fed directly to a set of cross cut knives, which cut the strips into dices.
